SMS & Mobile Messaging

andonn sends transactional SMS notifications (for example: low-stock alerts, order updates, and account notices) to phone numbers you provide, only after you opt in through your account settings.

• Mobile phone numbers and SMS opt-in consent are never shared with or sold to third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes.
• Message frequency varies based on your account activity and notification settings.
• Message and data rates may apply.

You can text STOP to any andonn message to opt out of further SMS, or text HELP for help. You can also enable or disable SMS notifications at any time in your account settings.

Data Retention

We retain account and inventory data for as long as your account is active. If you close your account, we delete or anonymize your data within 90 days, except where we are required to retain records for legal, tax, accounting, or fraud-prevention purposes.

Your Rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by emailing us at support@andonn.com. We will respond within a reasonable timeframe consistent with applicable law.

Cookies

andonn uses only essential session cookies required to keep you signed in and to operate core features of the Service. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.
