Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of andonn (the “Service”), operated by andonn as a sole proprietorship in Texas, United States. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

The Service

andonn is a cloud-based inventory management platform for small retailers and field service businesses. Features include product and stock tracking, locations, purchase orders, supplier management, low-stock alerts, and related notifications.

Accounts & Your Responsibilities

• You must provide accurate account information and keep it up to date.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your credentials and for all activity under your account.
• You must be at least 18 years old and authorized to bind any business on whose behalf you use the Service.

Subscription & Billing

• Paid plans are billed monthly or annually in advance through our payment processor, Stripe.
• You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation stops future renewals.
• Fees already paid are non-refundable, including for partial billing periods. Access continues through the end of the paid period.
• We may change pricing with reasonable prior notice; changes apply to renewals after the notice period.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law or regulation.
• Attempt to breach or circumvent security, rate limits, or authentication controls.
• Interfere with other customers' use of the Service.
• Reverse engineer, resell, or sublicense the Service except as expressly permitted.
• Upload malicious code or content that infringes the rights of others.

Data Ownership

You retain ownership of the inventory and business data you upload to andonn (“Customer Data”). You grant us the limited rights needed to host, process, and display your Customer Data solely to provide the Service to you.

SMS Notifications

andonn offers optional SMS notifications for account and inventory events.

• SMS notifications require your explicit opt-in and are enabled only after you provide consent in account settings.
• Message frequency varies based on your account activity and notification settings.
• Message and data rates may apply.
• Text STOP to any andonn message to opt out, or HELP for help. You may also disable SMS anytime in account settings.

Service Availability

We work hard to keep andonn available and reliable, but the Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including any warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, andonn will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenues, data, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of the Service. Our total aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid to andonn in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Suspension & Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if you materially breach these Terms, fail to pay, or use the Service in a way that harms us or other users. You may terminate at any time by canceling your subscription and closing your account.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Texas.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by email or through the Service. Continued use of andonn after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
